Hi, We have a number of opportunities for people to help deliver meals from Sandalwood Day Centre and to chat to older people who are at home feeling isolated in the Wheatley Hills and Intake area. This opportunity is Monday to Friday 12pm -2pm. As you would be volunteering with older people who are more vulnerable, we would do a DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check as part of your volunteering application. There is no charge for the DBS check. If interested contact Janet Griffiths, service manager on 01302 327 318 or email Janet.Griffiths@makingspace.co.uk
