We are excited to announce we’re recruiting for a new group of passionate volunteers for our Reception role at Market Place. This role will be based within a busy front-of-house environment and will involve greeting clients and visitors, answering telephone queries, and completing some basic administrative tasks.
Our volunteer receptionists play a vital role in ensuring Doncaster Mind continues to make a positive impact on our community where no one has to face a mental health difficulty alone. You will be the friendly face to welcome clients, visitors, and partners in for their appointments, creating a comfortable and inclusive environment, as well as helping to reduce the stigma around mental health.
No two days are the same, and you'll always be supported by the Volunteer Hub Co-ordinator and the wider Doncaster Mind team. Ideally, we're looking for someone to work in the office with us as part of our team for 3.5 hours per week.
