Hopian is a registered charity that provides advice and support for adults and children who have experienced Domestic Violence and Abuse through the provision of refuge accommodation and community support services. We also provide support and access to counselling for people affected by Child Sexual Exploitation.
We are looking for a Trustee for our Board of Trustees; this is an unpaid, voluntary position.

Being a Trustee on our valued Board of Trustees means playing a pivotal role in supporting strategic direction and ensuring our organisation is well governed.
As a charity, we have identified the following areas of expertise as key to supporting the development of the charity:
Digital strategy
Fundraising or social enterprise
Lived first-hand experience of the charity’s work
Housing management
Knowledge about housing
Legal skills
Marketing skills
PR, marketing, communications
This is not an exclusive list, and we welcome all interest and applications for the role of Trustee.
